Terms of Service
⚠ Important: These Terms contain limitations of liability, a disclaimer of warranties, and provisions that affect your legal rights. Please read carefully before using the Service.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Seeker Quest League mobile application, website at seekerquest-league.com, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Seeker Quest League ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
The Service is not available to residents of jurisdictions where participation in crypto-based games or token distributions is prohibited by law, including but not limited to: the United States of America, China, and any OFAC-sanctioned countries. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration;
- Maintain the security of your account credentials and wallet private keys;
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@seekerquest-league.com;
- Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used fraudulently.
3. The Game & Token Economy
Seeker Quest League operates a three-layer token economy:
- ORB — An off-chain in-game currency with no inherent monetary value. ORB is earned through gameplay and can be converted to $SKORA under conditions set by us.
- $SKORA — An on-chain Solana SPL token. $SKORA is a utility token for use within the ecosystem. It is not a security, investment product, or financial instrument. We make no representation as to its future value.
- SOL — Native Solana cryptocurrency used for entry fees and prize distributions. All SOL transactions are final and irreversible once confirmed on-chain.
Conversion rates (e.g., 10,000 ORB = 1 SKORA), minimum claim thresholds, and maximum transaction limits are subject to change at any time at our sole discretion.
4. Prizes & Rewards
Participation in Seeker Quest League does not guarantee any prize, reward, or return. Prize pools are distributed solely at our discretion based on seasonal league results. We reserve the right to:
- Modify, cancel, or restructure prize pools at any time;
- Disqualify any player found to be cheating, exploiting bugs, or using unauthorized tools;
- Withhold rewards pending identity verification or compliance checks;
- Adjust reward structures between seasons without prior notice.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use bots, scripts, macros, or any automated tools to interact with the Service;
- Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities — report them to support@seekerquest-league.com;
- Create multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or rewards;
- Sell, transfer, or trade accounts;
- Engage in money laundering or any illegal financial activity;
- Harass, abuse, or harm other players;
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the Service;
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all accumulated ORB, $SKORA, and pending rewards without compensation.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, artwork, code, and materials on the Service are the property of Seeker Quest League or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
By submitting content (e.g., usernames, avatars), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use it in connection with the Service.
7. Financial Risk Disclaimer
Cryptocurrency assets, including $SKORA and SOL, are highly volatile and may lose value rapidly. You acknowledge and accept that:
- Participation in the Service involves financial risk;
- Past performance of any token is not indicative of future results;
- We are not responsible for any financial losses arising from your participation;
- Token listings on exchanges are not guaranteed;
- Airdrop eligibility criteria may change at our discretion.
Nothing on this Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Seeker Quest League and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, tokens, or goodwill, arising from:
- Your use of or inability to use the Service;
- Blockchain network failures, congestion, or errors;
- Unauthorized access to your account or wallet;
- Changes to token conversion rates or prize structures;
- Any bugs, errors, or interruptions in the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount of SOL you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
10. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including for violations of these Terms. Upon termination:
- Access to the Service will cease immediately;
- Unclaimed ORB balances may be forfeited;
- On-chain $SKORA tokens in your wallet remain unaffected.
You may close your account at any time by contacting support@seekerquest-league.com.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits.
